Ladies, Gentlemen, Honored Friends and Dishonored Relatives!
(Kidding! I LOVE my family! :P )
It’s my great pleasure to announce to you that the first truly major bug fixes for Program O version 2.0 have finally been placed on GitHub! FINALLY, the install script is working properly, and several other issues have been addressed and corrected. At this rate, I think that we might be able to consider the possibility of taking version 2.0 out of the beta testing phase if testing goes well. So please, grab the latest files at https://github.com/Program-O/Program-O/ and give the script a whirl. And, of course, if you DO find any issues, please feel free to let us know, either in the support forums, or on GitHub.
Also, some of you may not be aware that there are some new AIML tags out there, due to the creation of a new Android app called CallMom, which was created by Dr. Richard Wallace of Pandorabots. These new AIML tags are designed to interface with the Android OS, to provide functionality for Smart Phones and other Android powered devices, and the dev team for Program O is already looking to the future, and considering how best to include these new AIML tags into the script, in a future version. Stay tuned for more info on this as things progress!
